East Fife Sports Council is delighted to support Fife Cycle Speedway with funding. The club is grateful
for the funding as it has enabled them to navigate their way through the pandemic and contributed
to bike maintenance costs. This was invaluable due to the lost income during 2020. Being able to
have a fully functioning group of bikes meant the club was COVID ready and members didn’t need to
share. And this has contributed to growing the membership in the past year. Having well maintained
bikes for racing also helped the team win the British Northern Division 2 title for the second time,
Scottish Junior League title as well as individual riders being crowned Junior, Girls and Veteran
Scottish champions. The EFSC committee send congratulations and wish the club the very best and
continued successes.
