East Fife Sports Council were delighted to support Bell Baxter HS with funding. The BBHS Sports Council and House Captains recognised a need to run more inter house sports competitions, to challenge up to 700 pupils to take part in football, netball, dodgeball, athletics and potted sports, and to offer more people the opportunity to participate in competitive sport, while encouraging and promoting sport to all pupils. This funding will help the school to purchase house equipment and produce promotional materials highlighting there is a place for everyone within school and local sport, while also signposting participants to local sports clubs and organisations where they can further a chosen sport. The committee wish them the best of luck with planning the competitions and promotion.
