Forret Curling Club have emerged victorious from a fiercely contested 2025 Scottish Curling Rink Championships, held over a thrilling weekend at the Dewars Centre in Perth. The Forret rink, skipped by the experienced Ross McCleary, with Craig Lindsay at third, Gregor Bousie playing second, and Sam McConnachie as lead, battled their way through a weekend of highly competitive curling to secure the prestigious national title.

The final saw Forret face a strong challenge from Edzell Curling Club, represented by Mike Ferguson (Skip), Ewan Mitchell (Third), Brian Mitchell (Second), and Shaun Smith (Lead). After a captivating match, it was the Forret team who ultimately prevailed, claiming the coveted trophy and the gold badges that signify their national championship victory. The Edzell rink were gracious in defeat and were presented with well-deserved silver badges for their impressive performance throughout the tournament.

The President of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club (RCCC), Ali Asher, was on hand to present the prizes to the deserving winners and runners-up.
